INTERPRETATION

There is a rupture of anterior cruciate ligament and at least a high-grade partial tearing, if not a rupture, of the medial collateral ligament.

Translation: torn ACL and torn MCL in the left knee. (Also previously learned via ultrasound: grade 1 sprain in the LCL.)

Not as good as I hoped but basically what I expected.
